C2One Awareness Update: We're excited to share about the great Awareness Training we had this past Wednesday at the Hilton Garden Inn! We had a full house and everyone who attended brought forth valuable input. Attendees left the training with a better understanding of local and global sex trafficking and victimization, along with the understanding the importance to get involved through C2One solutions to help combat this growing injustice toward victims and children at risk.

Note: The next c2one training will be a co-training with FBI, SeaTac Police Department, and Genesis Project at the Corridor of Seatac on March 3rd at 10am.

This past Saturday, compassion2one was invited to The Corridor by the Genesis Project to provide an Awareness Training about the seriousness of domestic minor sex trafficking, and victimization in the Seattle area. We had, not only a wonderful turn out, but also, a fantastic opportunity to train alongside local Law Enforcement, and FBI Innocence Lost Task Force members who share our common goal of reaching out to get sex trafficked victims off the streets of Seattle.
The Seatac Police Department in conjunction with the Genesis Project will open the first of its kind 24 hour Drop In Center for sex trafficked victims this month. Compassion2One will be on the front lines working along side of them to support their efforts. Part of our call to action will be within the new C2One Street Outreach Team. We'll hit the streets one night each month to offer helpful resources to the girls, along with encouragement, and hope toward a life of restoration.

Descriptions of Trainings:
Mall Training: In this power pact one hour awareness training we will talk about what to look for while walking around the mall. We will discuss basic statistics and how DMST affects our community. This training is designed specifically for parents and their children (ages 10 -17).
Introductory Training: This training will give you a peak into the insidious life of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST). We will begin to dive into the local issue and begin to discuss possible solutions. We will talk about what C2One will be providing for these trafficked victims in the near future.
Advanced Awareness Training: This will be an in depth training that includes street language, statistics, as well as the dangers of DMST in our community. Handouts will be included as well as a video on the subject followed by a discussion, question, and answer times.
